Actress Heart Evangelista shared her experience when she only have Php20 in her wallet and 0 balance in her bank account.
In a live Instagram interview with movie and television writer G3 San Diego, G3 recalled how Heart had helped her in her mother’s medication. G3 asked Heart, “Why do you think you have such a big heart in helping people.”

To which Heart recalled the hardship she had before. She answered “Because you know, I’ve gone through so much also in my life. I mean I’m okay with my family now. I’m not saying this because I have something again, no I’m really okay with them. But I also went through my fair share of, you know I lost everything. I didn’t have anything. Like my fans would buy me my dinner. Because you know, my stock was confiscated from me. I know how it feels to be helpless and have nothing and be grateful for 20 pesos. Like I only had 20 pesos in my wallet and I had 0 in my bank and I know the feeling. You know, I never ever want anybody to feel that they can’t ask anybody from help.”
