Actress Heart Evangelista and Senator Francis ‘Chiz’ Escudero renewed their wedding vows at Balesin Island, coinciding with her birthday celebration last February 14.
Heart turned 39 years old last Valentines day.
Aside from the renewal of vows, Heart also received a beautiful and elegant blue diamond ring as a gift from Chiz. Heart was so happy with the gift that she went over to her husband to thank him and gave him a kiss.
