Kapuso star Heart Evangelista had a meaningful post-birthday celebration when she visited an orphanage in Sorsogon.
In her Instagram account, Heart posted several photos taken when she visited the Jardin de Maria Orphanage in Sorsogon. According to Heart, she had a post-birthday celebration as she spent a day with the children of the said orphanage. Heart captioned her post:
