“Hello, Love, Goodbye” close to being the highest grossing Filipino film of all time

Director Cathy Garcia-Molina said that her recent movie ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ starring Alden Richards and Kathyrn Bernardo is close to becoming the highest grossing Filipino film of all time.

As of writing, the film holding the record is Kathryn’s film with her real life boyfriend Daniel Padilla ‘The Hows of Us’ which grossed ₱788 million.

Meanwhile, ‘Hello, Love, Goodbye’ has also hit the P700M-mark as it has grossed over P714 million as of writing and is still showing in some cinemas nationwide and internationally.

During her interview with reporter MJ Felipe, direk Cathy shared how the Alden-Kathryn movie is now close to being the highest-grossing local film of all time.

After the said film, the director will be working on Piolo Pascual and Claudine Barretto’s reunion movie and another film before she takes her break from directing films.

Felipe wrote: “Cathy Garcia Molina revealed that ‘Hello Love Goodbye’ is close to being the highest grossing Filipino film of all time. After HLG, Molina’s next project is the Piolo-Claudine reunion movie but she said there’s one extra film that she will be working on before taking a break.”

Direk Cathy also revealed in her previous interviews that she might be doing another movie with John Lloyd Cruz once they both return to the industry.
