“Hunter X Hunter” voice actor Keiji Fujiwara dies at 55

On a recent post of the Instagram page hunterxhunter20ll, it was revealed that Japanese actor and voice actor Keiji Fujiwara dies on April 12, 2020.

Fujiwara was popular for casting anime and non-anime roles and best known in the Philippines for the character ‘Leorio’ in the anime Hunter x Hunter.

According to Anime News Network, Fujiwara, aside from casting and dubbing also worked as staff to several shows as Sound Director.

The page pays tribute to the actor. “Voice actor Keiji Fujiwara, also known as Leorio Paladinight from Hunter x Hunter and Maes Hughes from Fullmetal alchemist has passed away due to cancer at age 55 on April 12, 2020. Rest In Peace.”
