Ice Seguerra opens up about similar experience following Gretchen Diez’s discrimination issue

Singer and actor Ice Seguerra has opened up about the discrimination he personally experienced following the viral issue of transgender woman Gretchen Diez who was arrested after being disallowed to use the comfort room designated for females at a shopping plaza in Quezon City.

In his Instagram post, Ice shared how he has been having a hard time going to the bathroom after he had been asked to get out of the female comfort room several times and had been questioned whenever he enters a comfort room for males.

He wrote: “Honestly, this is one of my biggest fears whenever I’m out. This is a real concern.

Parang kinakain ako ng lupa sa tuwing nangyayari yun and what’s worse is I don’t feel safe. All of these feelings and more, AND NOW THIS… just because gusto lang namin magbanyo,” Ice added.
