People in Iloilo were so happy and proud that one of their own won the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 pageant. Miss Rabiya Mateo won the prestiguous crown and she is a native of Iloilo. A group of people celebrated the win of Rabiya in a unique way – they created a beautiful sand art of Rabiya.
They created a sand art at Fredman Resort with the face of Rabiya along with the words – “Congratulations Rabiya Mateo.”
