Manila Mayor Isko Moreno expressed his disappointment over the incident involving three kids that decided to light up the balloons sold by a vendor. The three kids were caught in a video lighting up (with a lighter) the balloons that caused the vendor to suffer burns all over his body.
Mayor Moreno said he will make sure that the kids will learn their lesson so that they will not do it again.
“Naghahanap buhay yung tao, para sa pamilya niya marangal. Ang hirap magtinda sa kalye. Susunugin nyo yung hanapbuhay. Salbahe kayo ah. Ano joke ang buhay ng tao? Eh di gagawin ko din kayong joke.” said Mayor Isko.
