Kapamilya star Iza Calzado shared to her fans and followers what she has learned after the recent national elections.
In her Instagram account, Iza shared several photos and video taken when she attended a rally for Leni-Kiko tandem. It can be recalled that Iza is one of the celebrities who has been vocal in supporting the said political tandem in the recent campaign period.
Iza also shared what she learned after the recent national elections as she wrote:
“To accept defeat with dignity and grace and a heart filled with hope is what this election season has taught me. I have the utmost respect for the leaders I voted for after seeing them handle their loss. “
Iza also penned a message to the recent elected administration as she shared that she now put her faith in them.
“I now put my faith in the current elected administration and, with a hopeful heart, I pray for them as they do their duty to lead our country.
To everyone I met along the way during the campaign, thank you. It was so inspiring to see this awakening of the Filipino spirit. I will treasure it forever.
Now, we must stand strong, united for the Motherland. We must push for progress, peace and prosperity as ONE.
