Radio broadcaster and entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin revealed the reason why the friendship between TV host and actress Kris Aquino and actress AiAi delas Alas turned sour.
The two were the best of friends but for whatever reason they are no longer in speaking terms.
Nanay Cristy on her program ‘ShowBiz Now Na”, revealed that the reason is James Yap – the ex-hubby of Kris.
“Noong mga panahon na nagkakaroon ng problema si James Yap at saka si Kris Aquino, ang tinatawagan palagi ni Kris, si Ai-Ai,” started Nanay Cristy.
“Di ba sa best friend tayo naglalabas ng ating emosyon, nanghihingi ng payo at naghihingi ng opinyon kung ano ang ating gagawin, para matapos ang problema,” Nanay Cristy added.
“Sinabi niya iyon, ni Kris, noong magbati na sila ni James Yap na, ‘You know what, si Ai-Ai, she told me na ibalik na lang kita sa nanay mo,’” said Nanay Cristy.
“Ang nangyari, noong sabihin niya kay James Yap na ipinasasauli na siya sa pamilya niya, tinawagan ni James Yap si Ai-Ai. Galit si James Yap. Natural…” quips Nanay Cristy.
James allegedly confronted AiAi why she gave Kris that advise. AiAi defended herself by saying that it was Kris who called and asked for her advise.
