PBA basketball player James Yap expressed his happiness over his former wife Kris Aquino’s engagement to ex-Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) secretary Mel Sarmiento.
In an article published by Pep.ph, James was asked about his reaction to the said development. James simply answered “Happy for her, with three thumbs up emojis.”
James and Kris were married 2005 and has one child in Bimby. They got separated 2010 and their marriage was nullified 2012.
James is now with Michela Cazzola and has two children – Michael James and Francesca Michelle.
