Actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith in one of the cast members of the upcoming Kapuso show ‘Descendants of the Sun’ along with other new programs announced by the network which will air in 2020.
In her interview with Push, Jasmine aired her reaction over Sen. Bong Revilla’s television comeback via Kapuso show ‘Agimat ng Agila’ which has been gaining mixed reactions from the public.

One of the personalities who made it to the headlines was Janine Gutierrez who expressed her reaction to the senator’s comeback as she tweeted alongside a promotional post for the show: “Oh God”.

Jasmine then gave her opinion over Sen. Bong’s comeback and said: “Let’s prioritize the stories we want to tell the people [and who] we want to put up on the stage and showcase.”
“Because ang mga taong nilalagay natin sa mga entabladong ‘yan, hindi lang sila entertainment, but also they are source of inspiration, so I think when it comes to choosing a cast, or stories to tell, we should be a bit more sensitive nowadays,” she added.
She then expressed her support to Janine’s sentiments, saying: “On that case itself specifically, wala akong masabi maybe just, ‘I second you, Janine.’ Gano’n na lang.”
