Jessy Mendiola shares fitness routine: “yun yung tinatawag ko na magic 12”

Actress and vlogger Jessy Mendiola shared to her fans and followers her fitness routine to which she called ‘Magic 12’.

In her latest YouTube vlog, Jessy showed to her fans and followers how she and her husband, actor and TV host Luis Manzano celebrated their honeymoon in Amanpulo.

“Malay natin, in nine months, baka makabuo….”

According to Jessy, Amanpulo is a special place for her and Luis as she wrote in the caption, “Amanpulo is really a special place for Howhow and I. It’s close to our hearts cause a lot of our treasured & memorable memories happened there and this time, we made new ones!”

During the vlog, the celebrity couple was seen enjoying the beautiful beach. Jessy also showed her fitness routine when they visited the gym area.

For the warm-up, Jessy did the squats. Later on, Jessy did 12 deadlifts, 12 sumo squats and 12 swings. Jessy shared that she used 12 kg kettle bell and she did 3-4 sets of the said fitness routine.

“So yun yung tinatawag ko na 12 magic.” Jessy shared.

For the next day of her workout, Jessy did 12 squat thrusts, 12 lateral raises, 12 bicep curls, 12 overhead tricep extensions.
