Actress Jessy Mendiola expressed her honest thoughts and opinions when a basher called her a ‘mang-aagaw’ and a gold digger.
In her latest YouTube vlog, Jessy showed to her fans and followers how she surprised her husband, actor and TV host Luis Manzano on his 40th birthday. In the video, Jessy prepared a simple ‘mukbang’ birthday celebration for Luis. While they were eating, the celebrity couple also reacted to some of the ‘meanest’ comments about their relationship.
One of the mean comments from the netizens was “Ang MANG AAGAW #GOLD DIGGER……..”
“I will clear it again now, but I will not speak about this again ever… Wala akong inaagaw. Mas nakakatulog ako sa gabi na alam ko yung totoo. And yung hashtag na gold digger mo, I would like to think na magaling din ako sa sarili kong pera. That’s the reason I still work. In my own little way, nakakapag-ipon ako. So hindi din talaga ako umaasa kay luis when it comes to money.” Jessy shared.
“Ang hindi niya alam. Pera niya ang habol ko. Yun ang hindi alam ng mga tao. Habol ko, pera niya.” Luis teasingly said as Jessy can’t help but laugh.
“I started really young na mag trabaho and I’ve been very independent.” Jessy added.
