Actress Jessy Mendiola expressed love and support to husband Luis Manzano after Luis failed in his bid in winning the the vice governor race in Batangas.
On Instagram, Jessy said the family is still so proud of Luis despite the result of the election:
“One of the greatest gifts is knowing that God’s plans are always more beautiful than your disappointments. HE will sustain you during your hardest battles and save you from harm’s way because only HE knows what is meant for you.”
The message comes with a photo message that reads:
“He is bigger!
“When the weight of uncertainty lies heavily on my shoulders, I glance at the stars and envision far beyond what I see – the complexity and enormity of the universe. How humbling it is to know that compared to it all, I am nothing but a speck of dust in this vast universe the Lord has created.
And, though my troubles may feel as enormous as the universe itself, I remember God is much bigger than all of it; in His presence. I rest.”
