Despite having the enhanced community quarantine in effect, there is no stopping real life couple Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo from celebrating their 11 year wedding anniversary. Due to the ECQ, no one is allowed to leave their homes but Judy Ann and Ryan used their creativeness.
The two together with their kids still dined outside – outside their house.
