Julia Barretto shares ‘Ab workout routine’ at home

Actress Julia Barretto heeded to the requests of her fans and followers as she shared her ab workout routines.

In her latest Youtube vlog, Julia showed different types of exercises. Julia said “nakakailang months na rin since my last intense workout because life happened. But at the same time that’s not an excuse because despite life happening dapat nakakahanap tayo ng time para mag exercise and to take care of our physical health.”

“But as for me dahil nga hindi pa ako nakakapag workout the same way na nag woworkout ako before. This is my way to make up for it. At least every day or kahit three times a week.”

“I do this kapag ‘di ako nakaka-workout. As much as possible, three sets. Simple lang siya, mabilis lang siya. And ulet, hindi naman ako fitness guru pero this is what works for me, it is what works for my core” Julia added.

Julia later on demonstrated crunches, lying toe touches, heel taps, up down planks, leg raise, side crunch, rotational crunches, and planks.
