Julia Montes bids goodbye to ‘Goin Bulilit’ via Instagram: “Utang ko sa show na ito ang lahat”

Actress Julia Montes surprised netizens after she shared another post on her Instagram account after months of being inactive on social media.

In her recent Instagram post, Julia paid tribute to the Kapamilya show ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ where her showbiz career started as the sketch comedy program is down to its last two episodes and is st to air its finale on August 4.

In her Instagram post, Julia looked back at how she gained friends and family when she became part of the show in 2005 and expressed her gratitude to director Edgar ‘Bobot’ Mortiz.

She wrote: “#KwentongBulilit samahang ndi mo makakalimutan… Dito ako nagsimulang mangarap, nabigyan ng pamilya at mabigyan ng pagkakataon…. Utang ko sa show na ito ang lahat lalong lalo na sa Mortiz family… Ang unang pamilyang tumanggap kay “Mara” on and off cam.. Ang batang wala namang bibo skills at mahiyain pero tinayaan ng aming Tatay na si Direk Bobot … Maraming memories sa show na to na hindi mapapantayan… Maraming nabuong pangarap, maraming lesson na ndi malilimutan… Wag po natin kalimutan manuod ng 2 huling linggo… ? @GoinBulilitOfficial”

Julia was among the first cast members of the show alongside Kathryn Bernardo, Sharlene San Pedro, Jane Oineza, Kristel Fulgar, Miles Ocampo, Nash Aguas, Kiray Celis, Igi Boy Flores, and CJ Navato among others.

‘Goin’ Bulilit’ aired its first episode on February 6, 2005 and has continued to air every Sundays for 14 years.
