TV broadcaster Karen Davila expressed her sadness over the news that fellow TV broadcaster Ces Oreña-Drilon will be released by ABS-CBN come August 31, 2020. This is in relation to the networks scaling down of operation after it failed to secure a franchise from Congress.
Ces tweeted that she will be losing her job come August 31 together with the other workers of ABS-CBN.

On her Twitter account, Karen said she is also preparing for the worst as well and considered in an honor to have worked with Ces in ‘Bandila.’
