Actress and TV host Karla Estrada expressed her disappointment over what she calls ‘harassment’ by some lawmakers over the reneal of the ABS-CBN franchise. The hearing continued MOnday (June 29, 2020) with ABS-CBN President and CEO Carlo Katigbak again requesting Congress to allow the network to go back on air.
