Kathryn Bernardo shares workout routine at home

Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo surprised her fans and followers last June when she posted photos with her toned abs. Kathryn took advantage of her time during the quarantine period enhancing her body figure by doing various workouts. In her recent YouTube vlog, she shared some effective abs work out routine.

Kathryn pushed herself this time with a three days fitness challenge. She asked the guidance of three fitness trainors. During her first day, Kath was guided by Janie Hale founder of Elev8 Fitness Studio.

On her second day, Kath’s fitness instructor was Kapuso actress Lovely Abella to whom is a close friend and her co-star in the movie “Hello, Love, Goodbye”. On the last day, she was led by a celebrity fitness trainor, Kat Geronimo-Garcia.
