Actress and vlogger KC Concepcion has replaced actress and TV host Toni Gonzaga in an upcoming New York film to be directed by three-time Tony-Award and Grammy-winning producer Jhett Tolentino titled, “Asian Persuasion.”
In KC’s Instagram account, she posted a screenshot of an article published by Variety. In the said article, Variety shared that KC will now play the lead role as Toni left the production due to ‘schedule conflicts’. It can be recalled that recently, KC hinted on her acting comeback on her 37th birthday.
KC also shared an update to her fans and followers as she wrote in the caption:
“Onto day 3 of filming @asianpersuasionfilm! Thank you for joining us on this new journey. Grateful to be part of this Asian-American project, with our amazing cast & crew ♥️@variety”
The said social media post of KC caught the attention of netizens and her fellow celebrities as they congratulated her in the comment section.
