Actress and TV host Kim Chiu praised Vice President Leni Robredo for being firm and strong despite all the odds.
Kim made public her support to VP Leni by her posts on social media and by appearing on campaign rallies of the Leni-Kiko tandem.
On Instagram Story, Kim also expressed her disbelief on how things turned out:
“I know you are tired, tao lang po kayo. ang fami nang tumatakbo sa isip nyo yet you are not giving up for all of us. Yung pag asa at lakas ng loon na binibigay nyo sa amin. Sobra po. Napaka strong nyo po. Mahal namin kayo maam. Proud kaming tumindig para sa yo at para sa pagasa na makakamtan sana ng Pilipinas.
Still I cannot beleive how it it happen. Im sure all of you saw the videos and pictures and news about what happened on the election day.
Yet… Parang ginawa tayong bulag. How did it happened? Why is this happening? How did we let it happen? Do we even deserve this?
Basta ako proud akong tumindig at malinis ang konsensya ko.”
