Actress Kim Chiu reacted to a video where House Deputy Speaker Jesus Crispin Remulla was seen taking down notes while “Lupang Hinirang” is being played in Congress. Republic Act 8491 or the Flag and Heraldic Code of the Philippines mandates all the attending public to stand at attention, sing and face the Philippine flag in public gathering.
