Despite all the hurtful words she received, actress Kim Chiu remained thankful for all the blessing she has received because of the “Bawal Lumabas” incident. The famous remark is now one of the most popular song in the country.
Kim also used the said remark to come out with ‘Bawal Lumabas’ shirts, and the proceeds will be used for people affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and Angel Locsin’s mass testing project.

During her online interview with Ruffa Gutierrez on “Love Thy Chika”, Kim thanked the Lord for the all the blessings she received from the incident:
“Ang daming nag-a-unfold na opportunities because of this bawal lumabas bashing turned into something bright and sunny. Nalungkot lang ako because people are really putting you down. Sa dami ng sinabi sa one hour and 30 minutes na kuda namin doon sa live video na yun, isang mali lang, bobo ka na in your entire life. Parang uy sandali lang, ikaw din naman nagkakamali ka, nagsosorry ka pinapatawad naman kita,” Kim said.
On her Instagram account, Kim thanked the Lord for guiding her always.
“Just got a great news!🙏🏻 salamat po papa Jesus!🤍 Maraming pagsubok ang buhay pero wag natin kakalimutan nandyan lang siya naka gabay. Maraming Salamat po! I lift everything in your mighty name! Amen”
