Kim Molina reveals being bullied before: “yung itsura ko kasi, hindi ako pang artista”

Actress Kim Molina can’t help but be emotional as she opened up on getting bullied in the past.

In the latest YouTube vlog of actress and TV host Toni Gongaza, she featured Kim for an interview. In the interview, Kim talked about her personal life and her showbiz career.

Kim also shared the bullying the she experienced in the past. According to Kim, she experienced verbal bullying as she said that some people discredited her talent. Some also said that ‘she’s not even good enough’.

“Kahit yung Popstar, nagkaruon ng time when I was 14 for the Popstar, yung contest na sinalihan ko. Meron sila na, ‘hindi naman mananalo yan kasi hindi naman mukhang artista yan eh’, yung ganun… laging ganun, ‘She’s not good enough. She’s not pretty enough. She’s not tall enough’, everything is not enough.” Kim shared.

Kim also admitted that it came to a point where she thought of being a ‘ghost singer’.

During the interview, Toni and Kim also talked about the success of her 2019 film titled ‘Jowable’.

According to Kim, she cried when she got a call that the said film is a hit. Kim shared that she cried because she was overwhelmed by the support that the movie received.

“Very overwhelming na, may nanuod… May mga taong nagsasabi saakin before na, ‘walang manunuod, walang makikinig, walang’…. Kasi may mga tao talaga na nagsasabi na ano, pag naaalala ko yung, ‘walang makikinig sayo. Walang manunuod sayo’… “ Kim emotionally shared.

“Umiiyak ako ate kasi meron ako na, ‘halla! may nanuod, may sumuporta’. So, nakakatuwa. Kasi alam kong hindi naman ako yung, yung itsura ko kasi, hindi naman ako pang artista kahit before. So, naalala ko lang yung daddy ko kahit yung mommy ko na pinu-push ako. Sila lang talaga yung nagpu-push saakin eh… Yung family mo sila lang yung nagpu-push sayo, tas yung friends mo. Tapos ako naman, bibo girl, so laban…” Kim emotionally added.
