Korina Sanchez shares her ‘secret’ on how to lose weight

TV host Korina Sanchez shared with her fans and followers her ‘secret’ on how she was able to lose 10lbs during the enhanced community quarantine period. Korina said losing weight is hard work – one cannot lose weight by simply lying down in bed.

Korina reealed that she went back to ‘keto’ diet and doing dialy workout.

Exercise is I hop to music with 5lb dumbells in each hand. 200x. That’s a good workout. Try to sleep 8 hours. Lots of water. That’s it. It wasn’t so hard. Kaya mo, for sure”
