Actress and TV Host Kris Aquino had a punishment to Atty. Gideon Pena when he mistakenly pressed a wrong button while taking a video of her.
In her Instagram account, Kris posted a short video. Kris shared that Atty. Gideon mistakenly recorded her video message as a ‘time lapse’ to which resulted for them to record it again.

Kris said “this is a take two. Okay because my lawyer, who is not a videographer. Ang,’what did you press?’…. time lapse. Okay so ang ganda ganda ng kwento ko para sainyong lahat. With matching parang warning na parang to stay home and then nagpakita pa ako ng like eto…” to which she pointed out the things that she showed on their first take.
Later in the video, Kris happily announced a giveaway. As a punishment, Atty. Gideon is going to read all the entries and he is also going to choose the winners. Kris said while laughing “yung thousands of entries that I’m sure are going to come in. He’s gonna suffer.Si Atty. Gid ang magbabasa ng each and every one of those. Kasi normally there are about 10 people who do that. But siya ang ano, and then tapos pag hindi ano, hindi kayo ang napili niya. Well you can hate him right? Siya yung Scrooge ng Christmas ninyo. Naaliw ako, okay naaliw ako dun sa ano, sa concept na yun ang punishment niya. Kasi mali yung pinundot niya eh ang ganda ganda talaga ng ano ko.”
In the end, Kris also showed the ‘time lapse’ video that Atty. Gideon recorded on their first take
