She also addressed hateful comments online. Kris appealed to respect one another and be mindful of hateful comments because it can affect the mental state of a person.

She captioned:

“☑️ I only stand 5’1
☑️ I weigh 105 pounds
☑️ I’m small-boned and petite
☑️ I have a crazy fast metabolism
☑️ I look younger than my age of 31
☑️ Building muscle mass to somehow surpass that “Mukhang bata, katawang bata” look

But one thing is for sure: I am strong and healthy. And, that’s far more important than what’s visible to the naked eye. 💪🏼 Really, tbh I see so much online hate today, everyday, everywhere. So much pang-lalait. Just another reminder that so many of us struggle in a daily basis, and wounds aren’t always visible to the naked eye. We should all be mindful of this in our dealings with others. If you don’t know a single thing about what a person is going through, just respect. Be mindful of your single hateful comment. 🙏🏼 Words can kill. You have no idea how fragile someone’s mental state is, so BE KIND. ALWAYS CHOOSE KINDNESS. Let’s respect and help one another. Lift one another up, we’re all doing the best we can. ❤️ “
