Kapamilya singer KZ Tandingan shared to her fans and followers that she and her husband, TJ Monterde are now selling their brand new house.
In her Instagram account, KZ shared several photos of their brand new house. According to KZ, they started to build their home few months after they got the lot around year 2019. KZ also shared that the construction of the house got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to KZ, they were looking forward to move in their new house. However, the past year and a half made them realized that they wanted to ‘move a little farther from the city.’

Yes, that is right. We couldn’t believe we’re saying it too. But we are. ☺️
We got the lot around 2019, and the building of our home started a few months after that. We we’re so excited and looking forward to moving in, but Rona happened.
Construction was put on hold.
We were devastated because of the delay, but this past year and a half made us realize what we really want and decided to move a little farther from the city.
Now, construction is finally done, and we are selling our brand new house!” KZ wrote in the caption.
