In the resumption of the hearing of the ABS-CBN hearing, Senior Deputy Majority Leader Jesus Crispin Remulla and Anakalusugan party-list Rep. Mike Defensor questions National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and ABS-CBN Network concerning the operation of ABS-CBN digital box called TV-Plus despite having an expired franchise.
NTC commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba said during the hearing that it should not be the case. Cordoba said that the cease and desist order should include the TV Plus setup box.
