Broadway star Lea Salonga gave a good advice to singers and perhaps aspiring singers as well a valuable tip if they want to make it big in the industry. Lea is regarded as one of the best singers in the country today bringing honor to the country with her international performances.
On Twitter, Lea adviced singers not to force their voice to do what it wasn’t created to do. Lea added that belting is not for everyone.
“Dear singers, please sing in your own voice’s sweet spot. It might take some time to figure that out, but here’s a hint: it’s where sonic heaven and the limits of physical comfort meet, enabling you to create art.” tweeted Lea.
“Saw this, and felt the need to add something more to it. Not everyone is meant to belt. Please don’t force your voice to do what it wasn’t created to do.” added Lea.
