Actress Liza Soberano explained where she is coming from everytime she gives her opinion on certain issues. Liza recently hugged the limelight after filing a case against a netizen who posted a ‘rape’ remark online. Liza said she cannot let this incident pass.
Liza also aired her opinion regarding the pardon given to US Marine Joseph Scott Pemberton.
During her interview with Karen Davila on Headstart, Liza explained how she was affected by bashers and trolls.
“I honestly do have times when I feel like I am not going to talk about this because they are just going to get mad at me, and they are gonna bash me.” said Liza.
“Their aim is to silence me and if I give them that then they win, and we cannot let them win. We have to keep on voicing our opinions specially if we know that we are on the right side.” Liza added.
And I have to be the voice for the voiceless. I have to spark courage to the people that support me and look up to me.” Liza said.
