Manila Mayor Isko Moreno confiscated the vest and the ID card of an Manila Traffic And Parking Bureau (MTPB) enforcer in front of members of the media after his alleged involvement in an extortion incident in Sta. Cruz Manila.
According to a Twitter post by Manila Public Information Office, the said MTPB enforcer will be terminated from service and will face charges to be filed against him.
