Actress-turned-congresswoman Lucy Torres penned a heartfelt message for her husband, actor and Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez as they celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary.
In her Instagram account, Lucy shared a throwback photo of her and Richard to mark another milestone on their relationship, their 23rd wedding anniversary. According to Lucy, the said photo was taken when they visited the home of her parents in Ormoc City. Lucy also shared that during that trip, Richard proposed to her. Lucy also expressed her love to Richard as she wrote:
“Here we are, that one night in December, at my parents’ home. It was during this trip you made to Ormoc City that you proposed to me. 4 months later , on April 28, 1998, I walked down the aisle of Sts. Peter & Paul Parish Church into your arms and into your life as you wife.
23 yesterday. My dearest @richardgomezinstagram, you are my safe place, my courage, my fun and adventure. And the more I know you, the more I love you.♥️”
