Singer and vlogger Lyca Gairanod expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments when she was asked related to Kapamilya star, Darren Espanto.
It can be recalled that Lyca and Darren both participated the season one of ‘The Voce Kids Philippines’ and they were both mentored by Popstar royalty, Sarah Geronimo. Lyca is the grand winner while Darren placed first runner-up.
In the latest YouTube vlog of TV broadcaster Karen Davila, she featured Lyca for an interview. During the interview, Lyca expressed her admiration and appreciation to Darren.
“Sobrang saya ko po dahil alam niyo po yung, pinapahalagahan po ni kuya Darren kung anong meron ako. Deserving po kaming lahat eh. Deserving po kaming manalo. Thankful po talaga ako kasi talagang si Kuya Darren hindi rin ako pinabayaan, silang lahat hindi po nila ako pinabayaan…” Lyca shared.
“Ang tanong ng ilan, ikaw yung grand champion, palagay mo bakit mas umusbong ang career ni Darren kaysa sayo?” Karen asked Lyca.
“Hindi ko po alam eh. Pero proud po ako kay kuya Darren kung ano po yung nararating niya ngayon…” Lyca said.
“Kumbaga wala kang sama ng loob…” Karen said.
“Wala po. Minsan nag-uusap po kami, nagkakamustahan po kaming dalawa…” Lyca said.
