Actress and TV host Maine Mendoza shared her opinion regarding an incident where actor Arjo Atayde allegedly left Baguio City despite being tested positive for COVID-19.
Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong in a news report said health protocols was violated by a film crew after 10 of them tested positive for COVID-19, one of which is Arjo.
One netizen reacted to the said news and tweeted the following:
“@mainedcm ayaw kong maniwala na kaya mong itolerate ang mali, na mas pabor sayo ang ginawa ni atayde kesa sa safety ng maraming tao. Hindi isang Maine Mendoza yun.”
To which Maine responded by posting the following:
“Hello! I am not “tolerating” him but there’s just so much you do not know about the story.
And I hope he gets the chance to tell his side and the context of what had happened these past few days. I also hope you do not base your judgments solely on what you see online..”
