Rams David, the manager of phenomenal star Maine Mendoza, debunked rumors about the “Eat Bulaga” host’s gross earnings which has allegedly reached P1.2 billion.
In a report by Pep, Rams, despite refusing to react at first, later gave his reaction to rumors regarding Maine’s earnings ever since she started in showbiz last 2015.

Rams said: “Wala namang makakapaglabas ng figures. Nobody can come up with the figures. Not even BIR ang mag-aano. Ang ginagawa ng BIR, nagra-rank sila. Ang alam ko, nagra-rank ang BIR, pero they will not release figures.”
According to the report, the people spreading the rumors released a supposed list showing Maine as the top celebrity earner followed by Daniel Padilla alongside the exact amount of their earnings.
Rams added, denying the false news: “Hindi, hindi naman ako nagugulat na may kinikita siya, pero yung fake figures, it’s not true. Walang ganun. Saan galing ang accountant nila?”
“Well, it’s nice na malaki ang kinikita niya from when she started na hanggang ngayon, maganda yung number of commercials niya,” he added.
Maine gained popularity after being paired with Alden Richards in the noon time show “Eat Bulaga” where she portrayed the character of Yaya Dub.
