Senator and boxing champ Manny Pacquiao sent a message to those who have doubted him after the World Boxing Association (WBA) has declared him as a “Champion in Recess” and stripped him of the his Super Champion belt because of inactivity.
In his Instagram account, Sen. Manny posted a photo collage to show to his fans and followers his achievements. Sen. Manny also sent a message addressing those who have doubted him as he wrote:
