TV hosts Tito, Vic and Joey went on air online to announce the decision of the Marikina court favoring TVJ as the rightful owner of the trademark ‘Eat Bulaga’ and ‘EB.’
Tito read the announcement on air saying that TVJ is the rightful owner of TVJ plus the court is also instructing Television and Production Exponents Inc. (TAPE Inc.) to cease using ‘Eat Bulaga’ and ‘EB’ including it’s jingle.
“Sa madaling salita, atin talaga ang Eat Bulaga,” said Vic.
“Tayo po ang may-ari ng ‘Eat Bulaga’,” Tito added.
“Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtangkilik. Maraming salamat sa mga dasal,” said Tito.
The group sang the program’s song, and this time they used the name ‘Eat Bulaga.’
