Kapamilya star Maris Racal expressed her honest thoughts and sentiments as she opened up about her relationship with singer Rico Blanco.
In an episode of ABS-CBN show titled “Magandang Buhay” hosted by Janice De Belen, Jolina Magdangal and Melai Cantiveros, Maris opened up about her relationship with Rico. Later on, Maris admitted that she felt pressured and afraid on peoples reaction regarding their ‘strange relatioship’.
“Pinaghandaan niyo ba na, ‘oh basta kapag napag-usapan na or lumabas na, ganito naten haharapin.’ Napag handaan niyo ba yun?” Jolina asked Maris.
“Lagi po naming pinag-uusapan pero, every time ganun po yung topic, natatakot talaga ako, nape-pressure ako. Kasi natatakot ako sa kung ano yung isipin ng mga tao. Kasi hindi kasi, strange kasi yung ano namin, relationship because of the age gap.” Maris shared.
“It’s like the big elephant of the room. So, parang natatakong akong iano ng mga tao. But I’m really really surprised sa reaction nila. Hindi ko in-expect na matutuwa pala sila…” Maris added.
