Mayor Vico Sotto launched again another innovation project to ease the burden of his constituent in its quest to stop the spread of COVID-19 virus. Called “Mobile Palengke”, Vico brought the market closer to the people.
On his Twitter account, Vico posted photos showing mobile trucks containing goods where people can buy their needs.
