Singer comedian Michael V has tested positive for COVID-19. Michael revealed that he started having flu-like symptoms July 11 and had himself tested July 15 at St. Luke’s Medical Center and came to know the result last July 18, 2020.
“Nag-quarantine na kaagad ako. I took medicine. Nagpa-check up ako sa doctor online. I got better the following day. Hindi naman tumaas ng todo yung temperature ko. The highest was 37.1 as of kanina. Pero merong flu-like symptoms talaga,” said Michael.

“Day 8 mula nung nagkaroon ako ng symptoms. I just received an email from St. Luke’s. Nakalagay sa result SARS-CoV-2 causative agent of COVID-19 viral RNA detected. So it’s positive. Right now, fever na lang. Yung loss of smell nare-regain ko na siya,” Michael added.
Michael turned emotional when he was talking about his children that they are not able to meet because of isolation.
