Deputy Executive Director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Mocha Uson is again at the center of attention from netizens after she shared a post made by “ADMIN BANAT BY” on her Facebook page – calling Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto as “Pabebe.”
The issue was about the appeal made by ayor Vico Sotto for Pasig City tricycle drivers to be allowed to help send health workers to hospitals. The drivers who were stopped by authorities.

On her blog, the following was posted:
“POSTED BY ADMIN BANAT BY
Eto yung sinasabi ko eh. Kaya ng ibang lugar bakit eto si Mayor Sotto pabebe? Bukas paguusapan natin ito. Papaliwanag ko kung bakit sablay ang pabebe ni Sotto. Pero ang appeal ko sa DILG bakit parang kayo pa ang nakikiusap sa Mayor? Apply the LAW and be strict parang walang PANDEMIC ah.”
Netizens are accusing that Uson is attacking Mayor Sotto who is working hard to help control the spreading of the COVID-19 virus.
