The National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division issued a subpoena for OWWA Deputy Administrator Mocha Uson over a fake news complaint. Uson was asked to appear at the office of the NBI at 10:00am on May 18, 2020.
The subpoena did not specify which particular fake news was the reason that warrants for an investigation.
