Producer and director Neil Arce got honest with himself when he posted a photo of the traffic situation in the metropolis.
Many netizens related to what Neil posted as most people complained when the country is in quarantine. And now that the situation is easing up, people are again complaining for the heavy traffic.
In his Instagram Story post, Neil was talking to himself by posting the following:
“Pag quarantine nag rereklamo. Pag pwede na lumabas nagrereklamo na traffic. Puro ka reklamo! Neil to Neil”
