Actress Angel Locsin has been very vocal about their support to ABS-CBN, and very displeased with NTC’s decision to have the operations of the Kapamilya shutdown. Angel have consistently stated that she is worried with the 11,000 employees who lost their jobs and needed to support their families.
One netizen challenged Angel if she could also fight for those tricycle and jeepney drivers who can’t earn a living because of lack of franchise. Here is the portion of her post:

“May i ask you, Can you also show that same support sa mga ” pobre nga mga tricycle drivers” nga dili mka byahi tungod walay franchise ilang mga tricycles? They too have families to feed! Can you also show that same support and sympathy to those poor jeepney drivers nga dili mka byahi tungod walay franchise ilang jeep? If you can’t… Then stop your hypocrisy!! Naawa kayo sa isang “Giant Network” who earned Billions of pesos, but hindi kayo naawa sa mahihirap nating mga “drivers who their families and sends their childrean in school thru what they earned in that day? Estoryahi ta ninyo!!!”
To which Angel replied:
“Yes ma’am, tama naman po kayo dyan. Sa kung anong makakaya ko naman po, sumusubok naman po akong makatulong… hindi lang po tama na ipasa niyo po sakin lahat. Hindi ko po obligasyon, kagustuhan ko lang po.”
