Actor Derek Ramsay posted a photo with a guy which turns out to be his nephew. The photo looks like a vacation photo but it is not clear whether it was a recent photo or an old one. Several netizens accused Derek of flirting with a guy after going through a lot of relationships with women.
Derek reacted and already posted that it was his nephew that was in the photo but netizens continue to bash the hunk actor.

Then there is one netizen who commented the following: “fuckboy numero uno😂”. This did not escape the attention of Derek prompting him to reply the following:
“then why are you following me? Pls unfollow bud! 👍👍👍” said Derek.
