Fans and followers of ABS-CBN on the ‘Kapamilya Channel’ noticed something different between “It’s Showtime” and “ASAP” – the host of “It’s Showtime” are wearing masks but the host of “ASAP” are not.
In an article written by Reggee Bonoan published on Inquirer Bandera, an ABS-CBN executive said the blocking of performers is farther compared to the host of “It’s Showtime.”

“Sobrang layo ng blocking nila (performers), ang pangit kasi tingnan (kapag naka-facemask). ‘Yung Showtime kasi medyo malapit sila (sa isa’t isa),” the executive said.
