Actress Bea Alonzo showed the result of her extensive workout. Bea has setup her own gym at her home and has hired the help of a fitness coach to guide her in her regimen.
Aside from exercise, Bea also went into a diet where she showed in one of her vlogs the vegetables that they planted in their farm in Zambales.
On her Instagram account, Bea posted a sexy photo of her wearing her fitness outfit with the following caption:
“Telling myself to be consistent about working out. Kaya mo yan ghorl!”
Some netizens took the opportunity to compare the body of Bea to that of the body of actress Julia Barretto:
